Will I ever have to pay a fee to be a
program member?
Answer: No, there are no program fees
Can I get emergency 24/7 service if I am
not enrolled?
Answer: Yes you can, however
existing emergency customers will take priority over a new
emergency call.
Will I be obligated to use Jerry's service
if a need arises?
Answer:
No, of course not. We want your business, but want to earn
your business.
Do I have to pay emergency service rates?
Answer:
No, absolutely not. You can choose the best option for you
at the time of the service call. As an example, waiting one
night to have the stove fixed may be a great excuse to try
that new restaurant. On the other hand, maybe your about
to cook for an army of friends and family, the oven goes
down. You'll want us there FAST!
Will I get preferred service if I am enrolled,
but choose a Standard Service call?
Answer:
Yes, when scheduling our daily dispatch, existing customers
receive preferential scheduling.
